What’s in a name?
 
Our gym is called Lagom  – meaning just the right amount in Swedish. Lagom mirrors our approach to a balanced life. Not too much and not too little.
 
Lagom is all about an approach to health and fitness that works for you, the individual. 
 
Inspired by our name we are dedicated in supporting our clients to achieve their personal goals and results. We aim to create a perfect balance and curate fitness programs that are developed for you and your lifestyle.

GROUP TRAINING

Where fitness and fun are at their pinnacle.

A combination of your personal goals, hard workouts and group motivation and celebrations creates the perfect recipe for you to excel with your fitness.

A great option which delivers results, teaches and promotes a healthy balanced lifestyle with the training consistency to nurture the love of fitness long after you leave the gym ... and all with the added bonus of doing it as a team of likeminded people... who quite possibly will become your friends!

CLASSES

Our workouts will leave you breathless, feeling energised and hopefully with a smile too.

 

We work hard introducing a variety of exercises, drills, intervals and team challenges within our weekly box circuits and weights based circuit sessions.

 

The groups are super friendly, always welcoming of new faces and we can promise that in-between sets and seriousness there is always time for a laugh.

 

We encourage people of all levels of fitness to come along and work to their own limits.

 

The bottom line – our classes are – fun, fast, flexible and deliver you results.

ONLINE TRAINING

Our online training sessions provide you with amazing flexibility along with real results.

 

Regardless of where you logon we train as a group and work together to generate an energetic atmosphere so you don’t have that alone feeling.

 

Simply roll out of bed, grab your trainers and weights and off we go!

Our corporate training offerings have fantastic benefits which can contribute beyond just your employees’ health and fitness.  

 

As a private gym, we are able to take the time to get to know your employee and their goals, and design programmes tailored to their needs. This can range from fitness workouts to yoga/pilates practises along with wellness sessions too.

YOGA & WELLBEING

Whether you are looking for a challenging experience or a beginners yoga class come along and enjoy our sessions.

Our classes are designed and delivered to small groups to ensure they are personable. They allow you to benefit from specific adjustments and giving time for you to learn, improve and develop with instruction from our talented, knowledgable and amazing teachers.

MUM & ME FITNESS

We are totally focused on mums staying fit and healthy whilst pregnant and beyond. Whether you are new to training, or returning having had your baby, we offer a range of exercises and circuit-based classes to suit your fitness, strength and weight goals.

 

We work to ensure all our classes are safe, lots of fun and deliver results.

 

Mum & Me Fitness classes are unique because you can bring your babies along too, so there is no need to arrange childcare. 

For Healthy Mums and Happy Little Ones

STUDIO & GYM HIRE

A fully flexible approach for health professionals to hire  gym or studio space. 

 

 

We offer rates on an hourly, half daily, daily and weekend basis, giving you a range of options for your needs without the risk of long-term contracts.

 

We have a multi-functional studio perfect for yoga, pilates, treatments  or to run training sessions, along with a super high-specification gym with the latest equipment. 

 

 

Both have access to an on-site kitchen, bathroom and free parking.

  

 

You can take care of your client while we take care of everything else.
